Refund Policy

* ALL returns will receive store credit as we do NOT offer refunds.

*Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Before shipping, order cancellations will result in a 10% restocking fee. 

SBT has a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. We will use the delivery date from the tracking link provided at the time of shipment. If you need to return an item, please note, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We only offer in store credit, shipping not included. We do not offer exchanges of any kind. Store credit never expires.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging and odor free. Shoes must not show any wear. They must be returned with their original shoebox and packed inside another box so as not to damage the original shoebox. You will also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the above mentioned conditions are not met.  

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@sbtboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges due to our inventory is always changing. Feel free to place another order for the item(s) or size(s) you need. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please check your package upon receiving it to be sure it is free of damage. If it is damaged, please send a picture of the damage to customerservice@sbtboutique.com. In the subject line of the email, please put "Damaged". After the damage is reviewed, we will email you with a prepaid label along with information regarding store credit. Once you receive the label, you will have 7 days to send us the damaged item.

Being that we are a small business, we cannot offer refunds or store credit after an item has been worn or washed. After an item has been worn or washed, SBT is not liable for any damage that occurs.

*ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned: sale items, jewelry, bralettes, bodysuits, leggings, hair accessories, home goods, hats, items purchased with a discount/promotional code/store credit, all bags/totes/purses, sunglasses, holiday apparel, bath & body, and athletic wear. Items purchased with store credit are final sale. 

If you send back any of the above mentioned items, you will not receive store credit and SBT will not pay to ship the items back to the customer. 

LOST AND STOLEN ITEMS

SBT cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not refund or replace your order. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier.
